RECAP: Indianapolis vs Oakland
Oakland, CA (Sports Network) - The Indianapolis Colts stopped the Oakland Raiders on fourth down late in the contest and held on for a 21-14 victory to earn the AFC South title, as well as a first-round bye.
Kelvin Hayden knocked down a pass intended for Oakland's Jerry Porter with 1:50 remaining on fourth down to seal the victory for the Colts (12-2).
Peyton Manning completed 22-of-39 passes for 276 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the victory. Joseph Addai accounted for 44 of the Colts' 58 total rushing yards and Anthony Gonzalez was Indy's leading receiver with 86 yards on seven catches to go along with a touchdown.
Josh McCown connected on 13-of-24 passes for 94 yards and a touchdown. Top overall pick Jamarcus Russell also appeared in action and completed 2-of-5 passes for 10 yards.
Justin Fargas touched the ball 26 times, gaining 89 yards and found the end zone once in defeat.
Fargas left the game in the fourth quarter with a knee injury and remained on the sideline. Porter caught four passes for 32 yards, while Ronald Curry caught three passes for 23 yards and a touchdown.
